Belief

I believe we are all born with a unique gift within us, a pure potential waiting to be expressed. By engaging in this inner work, we can uncover the limiting beliefs that lead to unwanted thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, which overshadow our true selves.

Mission

My mission is to help you identify and transform those hidden blocks that hinder your natural expression, to help you recognise your own energy, live with a greater sense of self, see your own gifts more clearly, and allow these to unfold as you express more of yourself throughout life. I believe the gifts we carry are here not just for ourselves, but to be shared so we all benefit from another’s brilliance. The world needs your unique gifts - don’t leave with them still inside you.

Approach

My sessions combine the knowledge I’ve gained over time in hypnotherapy with focused energy work, including Reiki, Polarity Therapy, and Neutral Space Relaxation. I believe the first hypnotherapists were, in fact, Shamans. In the West, Shamanic principles were adapted to create a structured approach to working with both the subconscious and conscious layers of the mind, which we now recognise as hypnotherapy. My years of exploring Shamanism have deepened my respect for ancient wisdom and highlighted our intrinsic connection with nature and the natural world.

In each session, I focus on creating a deep state of relaxation and guiding attention inward. Every session is a unique co-creation, held with care and respect. The aim isn’t to analyse, but to recognise thought patterns and understand the connections between thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. Ultimately, the goal is to uncover the root cause of what needs healing, enabling the transformation of limiting core beliefs and allowing real change to occur.

Journey

I’m often asked why I changed my life from working in the fast-paced agency world – working on global events for brands, world leaders and royalty – to becoming a hypnotherapist. In truth, it never felt like a choice I made to become something new, but rather I was returning to what I knew to be me all along.

Since I can remember, I was in love with words and their power - how they sound, how one word can make us feel. I wrote poetry and painted from a young age - it was my way of entering that place of tender inner stillness. As a sensitive person and natural observer, the creative world suited me well, and I spent over a decade working as a designer, art director, creative director, and managing creative teams for global projects.

My empathic nature led me to seek solutions not only for clients but also to foster harmony within my teams. I enjoyed communicating ideas in creative ways - through words, visuals, motion.

But the job did not come without its challenges, and commuting 2 hours each way, I was getting frequent headaches and migraines, I worked late into the night, sometimes until the next morning, and the occasional weekend, as well as the reactive nature of London agency life at the time lead me to a place of exhaustion. Looking back, I can clearly see the beliefs I held which were running my day to day life, underpinned by a lack of self worth. At the time, I didn’t realise this and became increasingly anxious, until one day at work, when presented with the offer to Art Direct a project in Dubai for the second time, my heart started racing. My chest got tight and I couldn’t breath. I didn’t know it, but I was experiencing a panic attack. For the first time at 27 I realised my body had an opinion about my life choices, and it was saying no.

This is when everything shifted. I felt stuck, trapped, and far from OK. Looking back, I now realise that the times we’re pushed to our limits often come right before big changes in our lives. I knew I needed to change more than just my job. Then, an opportunity arose to work as an in-house designer in the Maldives. It felt like the ‘big enough’ change I was craving— but what would it mean for my career? My hard work in London had allowed me to progress steadily, so what would it mean to walk away from all of that?

Yet I noticed that with the thought of this scenario my heart was calm and my mind was peaceful. No palpitations or shortness of breath… interesting. I felt a sense of allure in entering the unknown, and as life would have it, I had the interview, got the job and within a month found myself on a seaplane to a small island in Baa Atoll - a tiny pearl in the vast Indian Ocean, which became my home for the next 1.5 years.

I could not have imagined, that this 1km small island would become my teacher, and patiently hold me whilst I learnt to heal my inner landscape.

As I began to explore, I felt drawn to various fields that resonated with my inner longing for deeper understanding. I started training in areas that felt aligned with my sense of purpose, seeking out knowledge and wisdom wherever I could. Along the way, I met some truly transformative teachers who played a pivotal role in shaping my path. Their guidance, along with my own inner journey, helped me discover the tools and practices that spoke to my soul.

These teachings weren’t just theoretical—they were practical, helping me navigate the obstacles and challenges I faced at different stages of my life. Each lesson, every breakthrough, and even the setbacks have been integral to my growth. Today, what I offer is a culmination of those years of spiritual exploration, self-discovery, and the wisdom gained from both my own experience and the teachings of those who have mentored me. It’s a unique blend of everything I’ve learned and overcome, in order to support others in their own journeys of transformation and healing.

Values

Balance

When we are in balance, our whole being is in harmony - our beliefs, thoughts, emotions and actions. Healing happens when we create and nurture this state of inner balance.

Truth

When we are in connection with our truth, we can understand our inner world. When we understand ourselves, we can understand others.

Presence

When we are fully present, we are in a state of complete trust. When present, we can’t be stuck in the past, or worried about the future - so we trust the unknown.

Vision

To move towards a world motivated by compassion and based on true collaboration across physical and imagined borders. A world in which we consciously care for our planet and recognise ourselves in each other.
